Creating Your New Member Account

  1. Go to the GenderGP Hub and click Join Us.

  2. Enter your preferred email address – this is what you'll use to log in and where we’ll send updates about your account.

  3. Prefer a faster sign-up? Click Sign up with Google to link your Gmail instead.

You’ll be asked to:

  • Accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

  • Choose whether you’d like to receive updates from us

  • Create a strong, memorable password (if signing up with email)

Next, you’ll verify your email with a one-time password (OTP) – just to make sure everything works.


Didn’t get the OTP? Try:

  • Clicking Resend

  • Checking your email spelling

  • Looking in your spam/junk folders

  • Using a different email address




Your Details & Journey

Now we’ll ask for a few personal details to help tailor your care. Don’t worry – if you make a mistake or something changes, you can update it later.

Here’s what we’ll ask:

  • Your preferred name (this doesn’t have to match your legal name)

  • Your journey type so we can support you in the right way

  • Your legal name (only if needed for service purposes)

  • Your date of birth, phone number, and address (for billing and postal needs)

We’ll ask some basic questions about your medical history – just to make sure any treatments we recommend are safe for you.

If anything you select requires extra care, we may ask you to chat with one of our experts before finishing setup. If not, just choose None of these and hit Continue.




Shaping Your Journey

Next, we’ll learn a bit more about:

  • How quickly you’d like to progress

  • Whether you’re already taking gender-affirming meds

  • Whether you’d like to choose your own treatment or have us create a plan for you

Based on this, we’ll help build your personalised treatment plan that works for your goals and comfort level.




Prescription Preferences

Once your treatment plan is set, you’ll choose how you want to receive your medication:

  • Smartway 
    £5/month
    Smartway will contact you the next working day. 

  • Clynxx 
    £5/month
    You'll receive your electronic prescription the next working day.

  • Paper prescription 
    £12/month
    Your paper prescription will be posted to you and should arrive within 2 weeks.

  • Your doctor prescribes for you (free)

These are the same providers we worked with before. The options are billed monthly to help spread the cost over three months leading up to your next prescription.
