Need Your Medication Resent?

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned – maybe your medication didn’t arrive, there was a mix-up with your details, or you need to make a change. Whatever the reason, we’ve made it easy to request a resend right from your Hub account.

Just a heads-up: You can only request a resend once every four months, so make sure everything's correct before confirming.




How to Request a Resend

  1. Log into the Hub

  2. Click My Medication (you’ll find it at the bottom centre of the screen)

  3. Click Resend Medication

    • Choose a reason from the dropdown

    • Double-check your prescription preference is correct

  4. If you select Other, just pop your reason into the text box.

  5. Click Continue – and that’s it! Your request will be on its way.
