Need to Update Your Details?

Whether you’ve moved house, changed your phone number, or just spotted a little typo in your name or date of birth – we’ve got you covered!

Here’s how to make changes:

1. Log into the Hub
    Once you’re in, click on Profile from the main menu.
   
   

2. Review Your Info
    You’ll see all the personal details we have for you.
   
   

3. Make Your Updates
    Simply click and edit any of the fields you want to change – easy!

4. Click Update
   When you’re happy with your changes, just hit Update and you’re all set!
