No problem – there are a few easy ways to do it, and you can choose whichever works best for you!
Step 1: Log into the Hub
Head over to the Profile section and scroll down to the Address part of the page.
Three Ways to Update Your Address
Option 1: Update It Manually
Just type your new address into the fields provided. You can delete or replace anything that’s already there.
Don’t forget to hit Update when you're done to save your changes!
Option 2: Use Your Postcode
Pop your postcode into the Search with postcode field. A list of matching addresses will appear.
Simply select the correct one, and the fields will update automatically.
Once you're happy, hit Update to save.
Option 3: Use the Map
This one’s handy if you’re at home! The map can use your device’s location to fill in your address.
Here’s how:
Make sure your device’s location services are turned on.
Allow GenderGP to access your location.
The map will show your approximate location.
From there, you can:
Drag or swipe to move the map.
Zoom with your mouse wheel or pinch on a touchscreen.
Tap or click on your home to set the location.
The system will suggest an address based on where you clicked.
If it looks right, hit Set Location and you’re good to go!
If it’s not quite right (like missing a flat number), you can tweak it manually before saving.
Just remember to hit Update when you’re finished to lock in the changes.
