Existing Members: how to set up a GenderGP Hub account

If you’re an existing member but don’t have a GenderGP Hub account yet, no worries – we’ll help you get started in just a few simple steps!

1. Use Your Existing Email Address

Enter the email you’ve been using with us on the GenderGP Hub. This helps us find your setup fee and your most recent subscription payment to link to your new account.

  • If we can’t find your payments with that email, we’ll ask for any others you might have used to find your member history.

  • If it’s been more than six months since your last payment, we’ll need to take a new setup fee.

2. Double-Check Your Account Details

Once your Hub account is up and running, take a moment to review:

  • Your personal details (name, date of birth, and address).

  • Your current medications – we’ll show you the most recent ones from your last few transition packs to make it easier.

3. Pick Your Prescription Option

You’ll likely recognise these choices:

  • Smartway
    £5/month
Smartway will contact you the next working day.

  • Clynxx
    £5/month
You'll receive your electronic prescription the next working day.

  • Paper prescription
    £12/month
Your paper prescription will be posted to you and should arrive within 2 weeks.

  • Your doctor prescribes for you (free)

These are the same providers we worked with before. The options are billed monthly to help spread the cost over three months leading up to your next prescription.

4. Complete your ID Verification

ID verification is a necessary, legal part of the process for joining GenderGP. We need to do this to help you access gender-affirming medication through our network of prescribers.

We have a guide to help you get your ID verified here.

5. You’re Good to Go!

Once everything’s set up, the GenderGP Hub will take care of your treatment plan, remind you when it’s time for blood tests, and more.
