What is your policy regarding payments and refunds?

GenderGP Finance (finance@gendergp.com) is the best point of contact for matters relating to payments.

Moreover, our policy differs for different services:
  1. Subscription: You can cancel your subscription anytime. However, we DO NOT refund you for that.

  1. Appointments: You MUST cancel a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a FULL REFUND. Since your appointment is with an independent provider (outside of GenderGP), you’ll need to request your refund through the provider in question.

  1. Set-up: We start rendering set-up services immediately after you submit your form. Therefore, we DO NOT offer a refund once you’ve received access to our services.
