Unfortunately, once you have paid for and received access to our services, we can't offer a refund.

As soon as you submit your Treatment Recommendation request form, at the beginning of your enrolment, we begin to work on your case. The system also immediately generates your Treatment Recommendation, which is ready to be sent to you once your enrolment is complete.

Since services are rendered immediately after completion of your form, work is performed immediately and is subject to payment.
