Forgotten email address

If you can't remember the email address linked to your Hub account, you will need try to remember this yourself. When trying to determine the login email, we recommend the following:

  • Checking your email accounts for emails from GenderGP.
  • Trying to log in using any emails you've previously used over the past few years.

In some situations, you may be receiving emails from GenderGP to an account, but this email doesn't work when you try to sign in. In these cases, consider the following:

1. You may have used 'plus addressing' when setting up your Hub account – for example, Google considers 'membername+1@gmail.com' to be the same as 'membername@gmail.com'.

2. You may have placed full stops in the login name - for example Google considers 'member.name@gmail.com' to be the same as 'membername@gmail.com'.

3. You may have used a different domain for the same provider - for example, Google considers 'membername@googlemail.com' to be the same as 'membername@gmail.com'
