Got recent blood pressure readings to share? Great! You can upload them directly to your Hub account.


Uploading Your Blood Test Results

  1. Log into the Hub

  2. Click Blood Tests at the top center of the page

Here you’ll see:

  • A list of essential and desirable tests

  • Their due dates

  • Buttons to book or upload blood tests (top right)

  1. Click Upload Files

You’ll be asked if your results are from the last 3 months:

  • If yes, continue!

  • If no, we recommend booking a new test.


Uploading Your Files

  • You can upload files in most formats, but PDFs or image files (like PNG, JPEG, or WEBP) work best.

  • Either:

    • Click Upload from Device to browse your files

    • Drag and drop them into the upload box


Once uploaded, you’ll see your files listed below the box.
 Double-check everything looks good, then hit Continue.


Review

The system will scan your files and display your readings. These are super important, as they help us tailor your treatment safely and effectively.

  • If something doesn’t look right, try uploading a clearer file.

  • Still not working? Use our chatbot or book a quick chat with one of our team.

Once you're happy everything looks accurate, click Confirm – and you’re done!

We’ve now got your updated blood pressure readings. If anything needs adjusting, your dose may change accordingly.
