How to Repeat Your Prescription

Repeating your prescription with GenderGP is a straightforward process, designed to make it as quick and easy as possible.

1. Log into your GenderGP Hub account

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your personal dashboard, where you can view your medical information, prescriptions, and more.

2. Navigate to the Prescriptions section

Find the Prescriptions section on the navigation menu.

This is where you can see all your current prescriptions and any future ones. You will also be able to see when your current prescription is due for a repeat.

To see when your prescription expires, click View Details for a full breakdown of the medication, including dosage and frequency.

3. Check for prescription expiry

Check if your current prescription is still valid. If your prescription is about to expire, or if it’s already expired, you may need to request a consultation with one of GenderGP’s doctors or prescribers.

4. Request your repeat prescription

If your prescription is still valid, and you’re ready for a repeat, you can request it directly through the Hub.

  • Click on the “Request Prescription” button.

  • Choose the medication you need a repeat for, ensuring that all the details are correct.

  • Review your medication information, including dosage and frequency.

  • Confirm the request.

Once your request is submitted, the GenderGP team will process it, and your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

5. Wait for confirmation

After submitting your request, you’ll receive confirmation that your prescription is being processed. You’ll also be notified once it has been sent to your pharmacy of choice.

If there are any issues or additional steps required, you will be notified by the GenderGP team. In some cases, a quick consultation with a healthcare provider may be necessary if there are changes to your medication or treatment plan.
