Whether you’d like to turn blood tests on or off, it’s easy to manage your preference through the Hub.
Here’s how to get started:
Log into the Hub
Click the menu in the top right corner and go to Account Settings.
Once you're there, you’ll see your current blood test preference.
Turning Blood Tests Off
If the switch is currently On, just click it to start the process.
You’ll see a message explaining how this might affect your medication. In some cases, your dose may need to be adjusted – but don’t worry, we’ll make sure it remains safe without regular blood tests.
Take a moment to read through the info on the screen.

If you’re happy with everything, click Turn Off Blood Tests to confirm.
Turning Blood Tests On
If the switch is currently Off, click it to turn blood tests back on.
You’ll be asked to confirm that you're happy to send in blood test results every three months. This helps us make sure you’re on the safest and most effective dose for your body.
