What Kind of Session Do You Need?
Here are the types of sessions you can book:
Quick Chat – A short, informal conversation with an advisor to answer your questions or help guide you.
Consent Check-In – A supportive step to help us understand your readiness to begin your journey.
Follow-Up Session – Chat with a wellbeing advisor about how things are going and adjust your transition pack if needed.
Counselling – A safe space to explore your feelings—whether you’re on your journey or supporting someone on theirs.
Nurse Consultation – Speak with an experienced clinician about your journey and any medical questions.
Surgery Referral Session – Preparing for surgery? We’ll help you get the referral letter you need.
Formal Diagnosis Session – Talk with a professional to receive a formal Gender Incongruence diagnosis.
Voice Session – Work with a speech pathologist to develop a voice that feels right for you.
Fertility Referral – Learn more about fertility options and get a referral to store eggs or sperm.
Doctor Consultation – Ask questions and talk through your care with a licensed doctor.
Injection Training – A nurse will guide you step-by-step on how to safely give yourself injection medication.

Booking Your Session
Pick the type of session from the dropdown list.
Click Book Now. Some sessions let you choose the length—just pick what works best for you.

Choosing a Date & Time
The booking page is divided into three sections:
Service – This is usually pre-filled, but you can select a different one if needed.
Date, Time & Provider –
Available dates are shown in black
Unavailable dates appear in grey
Today is highlighted in purple
Your selected date is marked with a purple circle
Available times for your chosen day will appear—just click the one that suits you.
Entering Your Details
You’ll be shown the price for your chosen session.
Log in to use saved details, sign up for future ease, or simply book as a guest.
When you’re ready, click Pay and Schedule Appointment.
You’re Booked!
After payment, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email
A Google Meet invite with your session link
Need to Contact Your Provider?
If you need to get in touch, their email address is included in your booking confirmation.
