Chatbot and Customer Support
You can ask us questions through our free Chatbot on the GenderGP website, which pops up on the bottom right hand side of your screen. The bot will try to answer your question first, but will put you in touch with a support agent if it can't answer your question. The support agent will answer you in an email within two business days.
Schedule a Session
You can take advantage of our Quick Chat sessions with advisors who are on hand to talk to you and support you with your queries. Other, more specialised sessions are also available here.
