Refund Policy

You can contact us regarding refunds at finance@gendergp.com or via the chatbot in the bottom right of the GenderGP site. Our team will get back to you within two working days.


Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We do not issue refunds for subscriptions.


Appointments and Sessions

You must cancel a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

Your appointments are scheduled with independent providers (outside of GenderGP), you’ll need to contact the provider directly. You can do this by using their email address which is given to you in your booking confirmation.


Set-up

We start rendering set-up services immediately after you submit your form. We do not offer a refund once you’ve received access to our services.
