GenderGP’s Setup Fee
The setup fee is charged when you initially sign up with GenderGP. This fee covers the administrative costs, member onboarding, record creation, and initial evaluations and recommendations. The setup process assessments to tailor the healthcare plan to the your needs.
The setup fee won't be charged again unless your membership lapses for six months or more.
Subscription Model
After the initial setup, GenderGP runs on a subscription model. Subscriptions are self-managed, and can be managed or cancelled here.
This recurring payment covers continuous access to GenderGP’s services, which includes:
- Regular Check-Ins: You can schedule reviews with the team to monitor progress, adjust recommendations, and address any concerns.
- Medication Management: Oversight of prescription recommendations and referrals, including adjustments and renewals.
- Support Services: Access to mental health professionals and community support resources.
- Ongoing Guidance: Continuous advice and guidance on the transitioning process, legal matters, and general health concerns related to gender incongruence.
Resubscribing
If it has been 6 months or more since you ended your subscription, you’ll need to pay the set-up fee again.
Please ensure your subscription is active and set up in the same email address as that which is attached to your payment method. If your old GenderGP account is set up in an old email address, please visit your Stripe Customer Portal to end this subscription and reinstate it.
