Multiple Active Subscriptions
If you inadvertently create multiple active subscriptions, it results in multiple charges and access provisions. Since these subscriptions are initiated and managed by you, we are unable to offer refunds for any unintended or mismanaged multiple subscriptions.
This policy aligns with industry standards for other subscription services where account initiation and management is under user responsibility.
