An electronic token, delivered by email or SMS, contains your prescription information. You'll be given a Token ID (a unique ID) to give your chemist. They can download the prescription by confirming it's you with the details on the prescription.
Important Note: These tokens are single-use only. If you use it and the chemist doesn’t dispense for any reason, you can’t re-use it. Before they open your prescription, please make sure your chemist has a stock of the medication and that they're happy to dispense it to you.
