Lenzetto is a transdermal hormone therapy that delivers estradiol (a form of oestrogen) via a metered skin spray.
How to Use Lenzetto
Priming the device
When you start a new Lenzetto container, you must prime the pump by spraying 3 times with the plastic cover on.
Only prime when you first open a container – you don’t repeat for each daily dose.
Applying the dose
Spray onto clean, dry skin on the inner forearm or inner thigh.
Hold the device upright, rest the cone firmly on the skin, and press the button.
Do not rub in or massage the spray – just let it absorb naturally.
After spraying, wait at least 2 minutes before dressing to let it dry, and avoid skin-to-skin contact for 60 minutes to prevent transfer.
If someone (or a pet) accidentally touches the sprayed area before it’s dry, they should wash with soap and water immediately.
Storage
Keep the spray out of children’s reach.
Do not refrigerate or freeze. Store below 25°C.
Because it contains ethanol, keep away from heat, flames, or sources of ignition.
Dosage
You will usually start on the lowest dose: 1 spray per day.
Depending on treatment response, this can be increased to 2 sprays/day, or up to a maximum of 3 sprays/day.
There’s a dose tracker on the Lenzetto packaging. Make sure to tick off sprays so you know how many are left.
A device contains 56 sprays once primed.

Missed Dose
If you forget a dose:
Use it as soon as you remember — unless it’s nearly time for your next dose.
Do not double up to make up for a missed spray.
If you skipped one or more days, you’ll need to prime the pump again (spray three times with the cover on) before resuming.
