If you have requested a Gender Marker Letter during the Gender Marker Letter Session and it has not arrived, please see the information below.
Electronically Signed Gender Marker Letter
You can expect to receive this within 24 hours of your session. If it doesn’t arrive, please contact your session provider. You can find their email address in your Google Meet booking confirmation. Your session provider will then be able to contact the doctor to arrange for this to be resent to you.
Wet Signed Gender Marker Letter
Wet signed letters are hand signed by an independent doctor and sent via postal mail. The doctors are based in the EU, so you can expect to receive your letter within two weeks.
If it doesn’t arrive, please contact your session provider. You can find their email address in your Google Meet booking confirmation. Your session provider will then be able to contact the doctor to arrange for a payment link to be shared with you, once the re-issue fee is paid the letter will be resent to you.
If you ordered your letter through the Treatment Recommendation form and it doesn’t arrive within two weeks, please contact us for assistance via our chatbot or through your session provider, if you have a session booked.
Please note that this service is provided by a third party. For letters, prescriptions, or any other documents sent via any postal service, GenderGP shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delays, or non-delivery of such items. If you have waited 14 days or more then you might consider your item to be non-delivered. In this case please contact your session provider to advise them and they will send you a link to pay a re-issue fee. Be sure to double check the address details provided to us before the letter is re-issued.
