What happens if my paper prescription doesn’t arrive? What should I do?

If your prescription doesn’t arrive within two weeks, please submit another application as we'll need to resend the prescription.

Unfortunately, you'll have to pay the fee again, as this is what pays the doctor and the postage. We aren't responsible for failed delivery on the part of the postal service.

Please note that this service is provided by a third party. For letters, prescriptions, or any other documents sent via any postal service, GenderGP shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delays, or non-delivery of such items. If you have waited 14 days or more then you might consider your item to be non-delivered. In this case please resubmit your Treatment Recommendation request, making payment for the relevant fees. Be sure to double check the address details provided to us before submitting your request.
