I have booked a session, how do I join?

As a GenderGP member, when you book a session, you will get two emails.

  1. The first email is from the provider’s Google Calendar, inviting you to Google Meet.



  2. The second email is from Zoho Bookings with the title “Your Session Booking Confirmation with GenderGP”.

 

How to join a session?


Here’s the basic guide on how to join a session via these emails:

  1. After booking your session, you will receive a booking confirmation and a Google Meet invite.

  2. You will find the ‘Join here’ button in your Google Meet invite, as well as the option to add your booking to your Google Calendar.

  3. At the scheduled time, click the ‘Join here’ button, and your provider will be looking forward to connecting with you.

 

Please note that all of our sessions are hosted via Google Meet.
