Oops! If you read the label wrong and took too much or too little hormone medication (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone) then number one - don’t worry!
No harm will come to you and at least you have noticed now.
Don’t worry, as soon as you notice just change to the right medication. Leave the right amount of time until your next tablet (one day), patch (twice a week) or injection (whatever it says on the instructions) and then just start taking the right dose then.
If you are worried, you can always book an appointment to speak to a doctor.
But hormones are very safe, and don’t worry - we all make mistakes.
