Smartway is an online pharmacy based in the UK. It offers cost-effective, remote dispensing services and discreet delivery to people aged 18 and older in the UK.
Once you’ve submitted your request, Smartway will email and text you with a secure payment link for your prescription. Complete the payment and your medication will be posted to you. Upon dispatch, you’ll be sent a tracking number.

Clynxx provides an electronic private prescription system, allowing people worldwide to receive their prescriptions digitally. This service is a secure alternative to traditional paper prescriptions, allowing you to take it to your preferred pharmacy easily.
After you request a prescription, it will be sent to a prescriber for approval. Once approved, you’ll receive the electronic prescription through text and email.

Paper prescription

- Useful for situations where e-prescriptions are not accepted
- Dispensed by your chosen pharmacy
- Up to two weeks for paper prescription to be delivered
Traditional paper prescriptions are great in situations where electronic prescriptions are not practical or accepted.
Once you request a prescription it will be sent to a prescribing doctor for approval. Your prescription will then be printed and posted to your chosen address within two weeks. Once you receive it, take it to your chosen pharmacy for dispensing.
Important notes:
- Make sure your details are correct and legible.
- Most paper prescriptions are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Testosterone paper prescriptions are valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
- Our prescribing doctors are based outside of the UK. Make sure your chosen pharmacy will be able to accept and fill your prescription for you.
