Every three months (or sooner if you need), you can have your Transition Pack reviewed. Upload your up to date blood tests to the hub and we will make sure your recommendations are optimised for you.
Please note that based on your blood test results, it might be better to stay at your current doses or possibly have a lowered dose. You can read more about this here.
