Why does the form reject my application and tell me I need to enroll?
If you've never received a recommendation or prescription via our service, you need to choose the option "I am wanting/waiting to start." Do this even if you're subscribed and you've applied before (if you've already paid, you won't need to do so again).
The "review" option is only for people who have already received a recommendation and want a review.
