Simply provide us with your most up-to-date personal information when submitting your next Treatment Recommendation request


However, please remember that your payment email address is your unique identifier with GenderGP. We ask that when you submit your request, you include the email address to which you’d like to receive correspondence AS WELL AS the payment email address you use (in the payment email field).

This is extremely important because we need your payment email address so our system can reconcile your account and locate your fee and subscriptions payments.
