What is the process for getting a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) prescription?

1. Submit a Treatment Recommendation request form, providing us with your personal details, medical history, and preferences. You can also advise us as to how you’d like to receive your prescription (i.e. if you’d like us to refer you to an independent prescriber and whether you’d like a paper prescription, Smartway pharmacy prescription, or electronic prescription token).

2. Pay your Set-Up Fee (£195), your independent prescriber fee if you want a referral (£15), your paper prescription fee if you prefer that option (£20), and set up your subscription (£30 every 28 days).

3. Book and attend your Information Gathering Session (IGS) if aged 16+ or Capacity to Consent Session (if under 16).

4. Receive your bespoke Treatment Recommendation, followed by your prescription (if you requested one).
