Counselling is entirely optional and it's available for you at any time or stage in your transition. Just book a counselling session through our Directory, choose your counsellor, and your desired time slot.
Remember, counselling is only there to help you and support you, never to judge you. It can help you, or your family or friends, with any struggles you may have.
