What do I do if my GenderGP subscription is under my old name or email address?
If the email attached to your payment method is now different than the one you used for your GenderGP account, we won't be able to locate you in our member database. Please update your subscription details through the Stripe portal to make sure they're the same.
If you aren't able to change your details via the above link, please cancel your existing subscription and reinstate it with the correct details (as registered with GenderGP).
