What do I do if my prescription has expired?

If your prescription has run out or expired, you can order a new Treatment Recommendation and referral to the Independent Prescriber.

Please keep in mind the following regarding your prescriptions:

  1. Most prescriptions for medication will expire THREE MONTHS after the date they were issued (i.e. the date that is found on the prescription). Please make sure to access your medication before your prescription expires.
  1. Medications such as testosterone are classified as a controlled drug. So, a testosterone prescription will expire after ONE MONTH. If you are being prescribed testosterone then make sure you get your medication within the month.
