We have partnered with Smartway Pharmacy to help you get your medication more quickly and more easily.
If you are a UK based member
Smartway will contact you via email and text to request payment via payment link for the items on your recommendation. If you would like them to send your medication then simply make payment using the link you have received.
When your payment has been successfully processed, Smartway will prepare and dispatch your medication.
They use a tracked courier service and will send you the tracking number on dispatch so you can monitor the progress yourself.

If you are an EU or ROW based member
Smartway will contact you via email and text to request payment via payment link. If you would like them to attempt sending your medication then simply make payment using the link you have received. If you choose to have Smartway you do so knowing that they are shipping from the UK and that there is the possibility that such medications may suffer delays or in fact never reach you and by selecting Smartway as your provider you understand, accept and assume the liability for this/these risk(s).

In all circumstances where your medication is delayed, held, misplaced, destroyed or otherwise fails to reach you no refund will be given by GenderGP whatsoever.
