We recognise the detrimental impact that online written and verbal abuse can have on our team's and our partners' team's wellbeing and morale. 2. Definition of Online Written and Verbal Abuse

Online written and verbal abuse encompasses any form of disrespectful, harassing, threatening, or offensive communication directed towards GenderGP team and partner team members through digital channels. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offensive or derogatory comments posted on social media platforms, forums, or review sites.
  • Abusive emails, messages, or comments sent directly to team or partner team members.
  • Threatening or harassing communications directed towards team or partner team members during video consultations.

GenderGP maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards online written and verbal abuse directed towards our team and partner team members. We believe that every team member and partner team member deserves to work in an environment free from abuse, harassment, or discrimination.
