I was unable to inject my injection and need another. I don’t see why I should have to buy another. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced. Here are the steps you can take:
- If there was an issue with the medication dispensed: Please speak to the pharmacy that provided your medication. We are not liable for issues with medications, and therefore a refund can't be provided from our end.
- If you need a new prescription: Submit a new Treatment Recommendation request. You can consent to just the medication you need, especially if you normally receive multiple medications but don't need the others at this time. You'll need to make payment for the independent prescriber fee again, as this is a new referral. If you want a paper prescription, you'll need to pay that fee again as well.
- If you have difficulty injecting, you can book an Injection Training Session to help you with the process. If you already know how to inject but would like a nurse present via video call, you can book an Observation Session.
We're here to support you and ensure you get the assistance you need.
