I think my blood test was contaminated by my gel. What do I do?
If you feel that your hormone level in the blood tests is wrong, please arrange to repeat the test to ensure that your dosage is safe and effective.
The samples are processed by Vitall and can be used for all blood tests. The only exception is for people taking spironolactone who need a test for potassium level (which requires an intravenous sample). After Vitall processes your sample, they will send you your results directly via email.
You can also opt to order your blood tests through an online service, your GP if they're willing to help, or a private clinic/hospital.
