I paid for a paper prescription. I'd like an electronic prescription token instead. What should I do?
To request an alternative prescription format, please submit a new Treatment Recommendation request. Ask, again, for a referral to an independent prescriber and, this time, select the electronic token option.
You will need to make payment for the referral fee again at the end of the form, as this is a new referral to the prescribing doctor. We, unfortunately, can't refund your paper prescription fee as this will have begun being processed as soon as your original request was submitted.
