Injections should only be ordered and administered by someone who has been trained or is prepared to undertake training. If this does not apply to you, the medication should be returned to the pharmacy, where you can request an alternative formulation, such as a gel or tablets.
If you need to request a new Treatment Recommendation or prescriber referral, please submit a new request.
