I had an issue with my session/session provider. What should I do?
All providers on our Directory are hand-selected to ensure they bring you the best possible service. We carefully review their competency, understanding, knowledge, empathy, and qualifications to strive for the highest service standards.
However, we understand that sometimes people may not be a good fit for one another. If you had a negative experience, we are truly sorry for that.
As all providers are independent and independently responsible for the services they provide, we recommend contacting the provider directly to discuss any issues or problems you encounter. You can request their email address during a session or see it on your booking link.
Additionally, please note that we can't provide refunds for completed sessions. If you feel it's necessary, you should discuss it directly with the provider.
