I couldn't complete my Injection Training Session. What should I do?

If you were unable to complete your Injection Training Session due to not yet having your medication or any other personal reason, you can book another session at your convenience.

If you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so via your original booking email 48 hours before the session and receive a refund. Please note we can only refund a session when you cancel 48 hours prior, as the provider has to be paid for their time.
