How long does my prescription last? Can I pick its duration?

All prescriptions issued by the independent prescribers are given for three months. If you want the chemist to dispense your medication to you in sections (e.g. a month at a time), then contact them directly and ask them to do that for you.

That said, as your prescription nears its end, please submit a request for your updated recommendation in good time in case there are any delays in your application.
