How long will I have to wait to receive my paper prescription?

Typically, your paper prescription will arrive in the mail within two weeks. It takes us between one and three working days for us to process your request and up to 10 working days for delivery.


We strongly recommend that you submit any repeat prescription requests when you have a four-week supply remaining. This way, you'll have a buffer so that you don’t run out of medication between requests.
