How long does it take to process a prescription request?
Following submission of your Treatment Recommendation request, you can expect to receive your electronic prescription token or Smartway payment link the next working day (Monday through Friday except for public UK holidays).
Before submitting, please ensure that your subscription is active, you’ve paid your fees, and you’ve provided your payment email address (the one to which we send receipts). Verify that you’ve shared all your details and preferences correctly. This will ensure a speedy turnaround.
