How can I update my payment details, set up, or reinstate my GenderGP subscription?

We use Stripe to power our payments. You can manage your billing and view payments using your Stripe customer portal.


Through the Stripe portal, you can manage your subscription, and cancel, update, or modify your payment information (i.e. card details and billing address).

You can reinstate your subscription through the same portal. We ask that you please use the same email address for your payment subscription as the one you use to log in to your GenderGP account, for record location purposes.
