How can I update my email address in my GenderGP account?
Your payment email address is your unique identifier with GenderGP. If you’d like to update the email you use for correspondence, you can do so easily by entering it on your next Treatment Recommendation request (for your Treatment Recommendation and optional prescription referral).
However, if you’re providing us with a new correspondence email address, we ask that you STILL include your payment email address (where we send receipts) in the payment email field. This allows our system to reconcile your account and ensures we can locate paid fees and subscriptions.
