How can I reset my GenderGP account password if I forgot it?
We’re currently developing a brand new Member Portal, providing you with seamless access to your account, records, and Treatment Recommendation. Whilst we are busy working our magic, there’s no requirement to login.
In the meantime, if you require a Treatment Recommendation or prescription, simply complete the Treatment Recommendation request form.
Should you be looking to access your billing information, you can do so through your Stripe Customer Portal. Details on password reset are available there.
