Roles

Anybody who does not hold registration with an accredited register provides services as an Advisor - our Health, Wellbeing and Clinical Advisors - at either junior or senior level. They will support our members in their healthcare-related needs in accordance with Curren guidance, research and best practice.

Verification Process

Protocol of Credentials Checks

  • The Credentials checks will happen once every year in January; however if any of the contractors reaches out to us within the year, to inform us that their regulator has suspended their registration, then we would suspend their ability to provide that service for us. Furthermore, if they are under investigation, we would consider their ability to provide the service.
  • The verification process is handled and owned by the People Department.

Collection of Documentation:

  • In each Qualification Verification cycle, team members are notified via email to confirm their documents are up-to-date. If there are any changes, the team member is obligated to inform the People team of this, providing any accompanying document. They are also informed to alert us immediately if they are ever suspended or under investigation, even by any other organisation that they provide services to.
  • The email correspondence thread during each Qualification Verification  cycle is saved in the sub-folder called Quality Checks in the contractor's People Team Folder.
