The progress review analysis and sessions are designed to evaluate someone’s response and progress in gender-affirming care and typically includes:

  • Review of Physical Changes: Assessing the physical changes since the start of treatment and comparing them to expected outcomes.
  • Monitoring Hormone Levels: Reviewing results from recent blood tests to check hormone levels and adjust dosages if necessary.
  • Evaluating Mental, Psychological and Emotional Health: Discussing any changes in mental and emotional wellbeing, including mood, anxiety, or stress levels, and life satisfaction scores.

  • Individual Concerns and Questions: Addressing any new concerns or questions someone may have.

This review is crucial for ensuring that any treatment is effective, safe, and aligned with the individual’s goals and well-being.

Treatment Recommendation

  • Clinical Guidelines Integration: We integrate the most up-to-date and evidence-based clinical guidelines into our algorithms. These guidelines are derived from peer-reviewed research and expert consensus in the field of hormone-related health.
  • Algorithmic Analysis: Our advanced algorithms analyse the member’s supplied information in conjunction with the clinical guidelines. The algorithms take into account various factors, including the member’s specific health condition, age, gender, and any other relevant variables.
  • Personalised Treatment Recommendations: Based on this analysis, the system generates personalised treatment recommendations that align with the member’s unique health needs and goals. These recommendations may encompass lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, exercise regimens, and potential medical interventions.
  • Collaboration with Medical Practitioners: Our approach emphasises collaboration with healthcare providers. The Treatment Recommendations are not intended to replace medical expertise but rather to enhance it. Members are encouraged to share their Treatment Recommendations with their medical practitioners, who play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing the suggested treatments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Our system is continuously updated to incorporate the latest research and clinical developments, ensuring that members receive the most current and effective Treatment Recommendations.
  • The GenderGP Pathway combines technology with evidence-based clinical guidelines to create personalised treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each member. Our collaborative approach empowers individuals to make informed healthcare decisions in consultation with their medical practitioners or our recommended experts, ultimately contributing to improved hormone-related health and overall wellbeing.
