Electronic Prescription - What Do I Do with It?
***Important - the prescription process has changed:***
- You will receive an email with your prescription token - do NOT open the token as it expires once it has been opened, so only the pharmacist can open it.
- You can give this to any pharmacy and they will be able to dispense it, just like the old paper prescriptions.
- If you wish to use one of our recommended pharmacies, simply forward the email using the email addresses below to your preferred pharmacy. But please make sure you add the right email “SUBJECT” given below to the email before you send it..
- The pharmacy will respond with a payment link to complete your medication purchase and that’s it.
- Simple 🙂
Here are the contact details to use when sending your electronic prescription to the pharmacy you choose:
You can, of course, also choose any other pharmacy that you like to fulfil your prescription but please do not open the prescription yourself.
