Can I still access sessions if I am hearing impaired or unable to speak using a microphone?
At GenderGP, we are committed to making our services as accessible as possible. We’re fully equipped to accommodate members who are unable to use a microphone or are hearing impaired.
We can utilise the CHAT or IN-CALL MESSAGING function to communicate effectively during the session.
However, please note that it might not always be possible to gather all the necessary information in one session. If this happens, you may require a second session. In that case, your session provider will share a direct booking link with you to book a further session with them for continuity.
