How to Change Personal Information on Your GenderGP Account

Update Your Login Credentials and Password

We’re transitioning to an advanced system to provide you with seamless access to our services. So, there’s no requirement to login for now.

If you need to change your login credentials or password for Stripe, the platform that holds your subscription information, you can do so through the Stripe customer portal.

Update Your Email Address

To update the email address where you receive correspondence, enter it in your next Treatment Recommendation request. Please also enter your payment email address, however, as this is your unique identifier.

Please keep in mind that we use your payment email address as your unique identifier. You should always include it on your request form, even if it’s there in addition to another email address. In case you lose access to your payment email, you may need to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe.

Update Your Address

If you want to update the address associated with your GenderGP account, simply add your new address on your next Treatment Recommendation.

Our system will recognise the address on your most recent Treatment Recommendation as your most up-to-date address.

Update Your Name

You can use two names when you register with us:

  1. The name you like to be called by.
  2. The name on your legal ID.

To change either of the above-mentioned names, use your new name when you submit your next application.

Keep in mind that if you opt for a prescription referral, online pharmacies usually require your prescription to include a name that matches the one on your government ID.

Account Deactivation

Your account remains active only if you keep making requests for Treatment Recommendations or sessions.

Once you stop making these requests, your account will cease to be active. There’s no need to delete your account.
